Invited by Prof. Ning XIE, Prof. Xianming SHI from Montana State University visited our school and gave a presentation entitled as Winter maintenance of pavements and bridges in North America, and Technical writing and experiences for high quality journal papers. In his presentations, Prof. Shi first briefly introduced the winter maintenance status of the North America, and then he shared his experiences on how to publish the high quality journal papers, which interested most of the Ph. D. students and young faculties to communicate with him and obtained profits from his presentations.
